After your team has "downloaded" its observations so that the whole team has access to all the fieldwork results, you should be looking at a whole bunch of post-it notes. Have someone with an iPhone use the 3M Company's Post-it® Plus App from the App Store to take a picture of your post its. Then save it as a powerpoint, and upload it to shared folder in google drive. Open the file in Google Slides and duplicate the slide so there is a copy for each team member. Then drag your post its into groups and label the groups. Take about 15 minutes to do this and then discuss groupings with one another. After the discussion, revise your grouping. Include it and a textual explanation of your clustering logic in the workbook entry.
