Data cleaning with find/replace.
Example 1. File is full of space tab space junk. You want a nice simple single tabs between words.
Example 2. Let's take a scene from Shakespeare and produce a letter frequency chart.
Produce storyboard of results
TEXT > COMMAND > TEXT > etc.

Bring me no more reports; let them fly all:
Till Birnam wood remove to Dunsinane,
